National Guard Readiness Center

The National Guard Readiness Center will provide 155,000 square feet of usable space. Included within this space is a 96,000 square-foot area for unit administrative offices, a 59,000 square-foot unheated indoor vehicle storage facility, a security entrance building, a helipad, and other facilities needed to support the North Dakota Army National Guard units stationed there. Over 80% of all the building walls are masonry construction. The center was expected to cost $32 million to construct, but came in under budget at $29 million and was constructed on time.
