Description

This project includes a complete renovation of the existing pool house that houses locker rooms, a lifeguard break area, manager’s office, concessions, and pool mechanical equipment. It features complete site demolition of existing pools to make way for a new 50-meter competition pool, two water slides, and a lifestyle pool featuring a lazy river and zero-entry pool with a play structure. The site also features turf areas within the pool deck, a rooftop patio designed to encompass the existing Fargo Arena facade wall, and splash water features.
